1. Acceptance & Modification
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted at least 15 days before taking effect.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and reside in the United States to use the Site. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (see “Children’s Privacy”).

Content and products are provided for informational and general wellness purposes only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions. HEALTH SALES, INC. is not a covered entity under HIPAA, but we treat any health information you give us with enhanced care as described in the Policy.
4. Products, Pricing & Returns
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders. Unless a separate written guarantee applies, all sales are final except as required by Oregon or federal law.
5. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
6. Intellectual Property
All Site content is owned by HEALTH SALES, INC. or its licensors and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without prior written consent.
7. Consent to Electronic Communications
By providing your email address or mobile number, you agree that we may send you transactional notices and marketing messages occasionally (see “SMS Program Terms” and Privacy Policy).

To the fullest extent permitted by Oregon law, HEALTH SALES, INC. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HEALTH SALES, INC. and its officers, directors, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon without regard to conflict-of-law rules. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, unless we mutually agree to arbitration.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms. Sections intended to survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue in force.

6. Your Oregon Consumer Privacy Rights
Under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act you may, once per 12 months, request to:

Delete personal data we maintain.

Submit a verifiable request via email or postal mail (see “Contact Us”). We will respond within 45 days (60 days if reasonably necessary). If we deny your request, you may appeal within 30 days by replying “APPEAL” to our decision email. Unresolved appeals may be escalated to the Oregon Attorney General.
7. Data Security & Retention
We follow industry-standard safeguards—including HTTPS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest for payment tokens—and conduct annual risk assessments. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described or to meet legal obligations.
8. Data Breach Notification
If a security breach affects unencrypted personal information, we will notify affected Oregon residents and the Oregon Attorney General within 45 days as required by ORS 646A.604.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
Our Site may link to external sites we don’t control. This Policy does not apply to them.
11. Changes to This Policy
